Getting started with Casabet: Registration, verification, and account setup

Opening your Casabet account is quick. Here’s how to get started and keep things smooth.

  • Register: Click Sign Up, enter a valid email, choose a username, and create a strong password. By continuing you confirm you are 18+ and agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  • Identity check: For security and withdrawals, Casabet may request identity verification. You may be asked to provide a government-issued ID, proof of address, and, if using a card, front and back copies.
  • Account details: Ensure your name matches the bank or card you’ll use for deposits and withdrawals. This helps processing be faster and reduces delays.
  • Forgot password: If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password option on the login page. A temporary password will be sent to your registered email; sign in and update your password.

Deposits, withdrawals, and limits

  • Documents for withdrawals: To speed up the first withdrawal, you may need to provide: (a) a clear copy of your government ID, (b) bank account details (account number and bank name), and (c) if you withdrew to a card, front and back images of the card. You can submit these securely in your account’s KYC section or via our secure channel when prompted.
  • Limits: We enforce sensible weekly and monthly withdrawal limits. Typical limits are up to 7,500 USD/EUR/GBP per week and up to 15,000 per month. Limits are rolling: a week is 7 days from a completed withdrawal; a month is 30 days from that point. If you hit a limit, you can withdraw again after the reset.
