Introduction

Funds, Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All deposits must be made using a Funding Method registered in your name. Withdrawals are subject to verification and may require additional documentation to satisfy regulatory and internal controls. Processing times and any applicable fees vary by method and jurisdiction. Casabet holds customer funds in dedicated client accounts, separate from Casabet’s corporate funds, in accordance with licensing requirements. Gameplay, Fairness, and Wagering

Prohibited Activities and Sanctions

Unlawful, fraudulent, or collusive behavior, or attempts to manipulate Games, Wallets, or Promotions, are strictly prohibited. This includes fraud, misrepresentation of eligibility, use of multiple accounts, gainful use of bots or automation, sharing accounts, and attempts to exploit vulnerabilities or bugs. Casabet may suspend or terminate your account, void winnings, and withhold funds if such conduct is detected. Casabet may also pursue legal remedies or cooperate with authorities as required by law.

Intellectual Property

All Site content, software, graphics, and branding are owned by Casabet or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site content without Casabet’s prior written consent.

Inactivity, Suspension, and Termination

If there is no eligible login to your Casabet account for 365 consecutive days, the account will be designated as Inactive. Casabet will suspend the real-money balance in the account to protect its security. An administration fee of 5.00 (in the base currency of your Casabet account) will be charged every 30 days while the balance remains in credit, until the balance is restored or the account is reactivated. You may request reactivation or balance restoration at any time, subject to identity verification.

Account Closure

You may request to close your Casabet account by contacting Customer Support. A closure takes effect 72 hours after confirmation of your request. A closed account will render Games unplayable unless you reopen the account through approved channels. Closure is not a substitute for responsible gaming self-exclusion.

Intellectual Property Provisions

All content and materials on the Site are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use Casabet’s marks, logos, or content except as expressly permitted in these Terms.

Data Security and Third-Party Disclosures

When a modification is made, Casabet will publish the revised Terms on the Site, and continued use of the Site or Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cease use and, where applicable, close your account.

Entire Agreement and Notices
