General Rules

  1. Casabet settles bets based on the official results published by the relevant governing body or organizer. If official confirmation is not published within a reasonable period after the event concludes, Casabet may settle using credible sources and may void or adjust unsettled bets as appropriate.
  2. Settlement is driven by the official result. If an official result is not published, Casabet may settle using reliable data sources at its discretion.
  3. If a market or price is published with incorrect information or pricing, Casabet reserves the right to void affected bets or correct settlements accordingly.
  4. Prices displayed by Casabet are authoritative. Bets cannot be accepted at prices advertised elsewhere or on third‑party sites if those prices differ from Casabet’s live published prices; only our live prices apply for bet placement and settlement.
  5. Where outcomes are interdependent but not accounted for by the system, Casabet reserves the right to void the affected bets to preserve market integrity.
  6. Casabet may void or suspend bets or accounts in cases of suspected fraud or integrity concerns; payments may be withheld pending investigation and regulatory notification where required.
  7. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, customers cannot cancel or change it, except as expressly permitted by law or Casabet policy.
  8. Bets settled incorrectly are eligible for resettlement within 48 hours; Casabet reserves the right to reclaim incorrect payouts.
  9. There is a maximum 30‑day window between bet settlement and any potential re‑settlement or adjustment.
  10. For matches completed by the official in regular time at 79:00 or later, all markets are settled on the final official result; if completion occurs at 78:59 or earlier, undecided markets may be voided.
  11. Casabet supports specified match formats. For durations outside a reasonable range (for example, under 50 minutes or over 90 minutes), all markets may be voided unless stated otherwise in the market description. For 3x30 formats, halftime is calculated as Total Duration divided by 2. The customer accepts these format rules as part of registration.
  12. Outright markets are subject to a Play‑or‑Pay principle: bets on listed participants stand even if the participant cannot take part; head‑to‑head markets are excluded, and if a listed participant is unable to participate, related markets may be deemed void.

Postponed, Abandoned and Resumed Events

  1. In the event of postponement or abandonment, bets remain valid if the event resumes and completes within 48 hours of the original scheduled end time and a winner is declared; otherwise, unsettled bets may be voided and stakes refunded at Casabet’s discretion.
  2. If a resumed event yields an official result, settlements apply to the resumed result; if the event is not resumed within the 48‑hour window or the competition structure changes materially, open bets may be voided and stakes refunded.

Outright Markets

Outright bets cover listed selections regardless of participation in the event. If a listed participant does not take part, that participant is treated as losing for the purposes of the outright market. If a listed participant is replaced by another participant from the same team, team-based outright markets remain valid; individual performance markets involving the original participant may be void.

Scorers and Player Markets

Bets on First, Last and Anytime Scorer apply to regular time unless a market description states otherwise. Own goals are counted as goals only if the official scorer recognizes them as scorers; bets on a scorer who never plays are void. If a match is abandoned after a scorer has appeared, bets on the first goalscorer may be void per the market rules; Anytime Goalscorer bets settle for players who took part in the game.

Dead Heat and Tie Rules

Dead heat rules apply where two or more selections finish tied for position at the relevant point. In such cases, stake adjustments follow the official dead heat provisions; if a draw is an offered option, settlement reflects the official result accordingly.

Live Betting, Video Review and Referee Decisions

Where a video review or VAR decision conflicts with the on‑field decision, bets placed in the interval between the original incident and the final decision may be deemed void if the final outcome is altered. If the odds on a bet are not affected by the VAR outcome, settlement may proceed; Casabet reserves the right to reverse settlements if a final decision changes before the match timeline closes.

Fraud, Integrity and Compliance

Casabet may suspend settlements or accounts and withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud or integrity concerns. We may report findings to regulators and cooperate with investigations as required by applicable law.

Odds Display, Rounding and Settlement

Odds are displayed with two decimal places; total winnings are calculated to two decimals. Where rounding causes minor discrepancies, Casabet applies the rounding method described in these rules and reserves the right to adjust settlements accordingly.

Rule Amendments and Language

Casabet reserves the right to amend these rules and publish updates online. The English version is the official version; translations are provided for convenience and do not prevail in interpretation.
