Definition and balances

Casabet operates with two balances per account: a real balance and a bonus balance. Bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance and winnings derived from bonus play are likewise posted to the bonus balance. Real balance funds are used for bets first; bonus funds are drawn only after the real balance is depleted.

Eligibility and availability

Bonuses are offered to eligible players in accordance with applicable law and Casabet’s geographic restrictions. A bonus may be visible in a player’s profile only if the player meets the eligibility criteria. Some promotions may not be available in certain jurisdictions.

Credit, display and use of bonuses

Bonuses are credited directly to the bonus balance. All winnings from bonus play are credited to the bonus balance. Real balance funds are used for bets in priority order; bonus funds are used only when real funds are exhausted. The availability of a bonus and its terms are determined by the specific offer and the player’s profile.

Validity period

Bonus offers are valid for five (5) days unless the offer specifies a different period. If wagering requirements have not been fulfilled within the stated validity period, the bonus and related winnings may be forfeited, except where the offer provides an extended validity or alternative conditions in its detailed terms.

Wagering requirements and contribution rules

  • Deposit bonuses require a wagering amount of 40 times the bonus amount before withdrawal.
  • No-deposit bonuses require a wagering amount of 50 times the bonus amount before withdrawal.
  • Wagering may include both bonus and real money funds; winnings from these bets are attributed to the corresponding balance (bonus or real).

Game contributions and wagering exclusions

  • Most slot games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, subject to game-specific rules published in the offer.
  • Some games contribute less than 100% or are excluded from wagering requirements; live casino, table games, and certain instant-win games may not contribute toward wagering.
  • The in-game purchase feature (buy-ahead) counts as a spin for wagering purposes.

Betting limits during wagering

While wagering with bonus funds, bets per spin are subject to per-spin limits set by the current offer. Typical limits may include the following maximums per spin: 5 EUR/USD/CAD/NZD/CHF; 10 BGN; 150 THB; 500 JPY/INR; 2500 ARS; 20 PLN/RON/PEN; 3500 CLP; 130 CZK/MXN; 2000 HUF; 25 BRL/DKK; 20000 COP; 250 PHP; 130000 VND; 50 NOK/SEK. Doubling and other risk features are included in these limits. Any violation may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings and/or other account actions.

Promotion abuse, investigations and consequences

Casabet prohibits attempts to manipulate wagering or exploit system weaknesses. Examples include postponing game rounds, using software bugs, placing disproportionately large bets to circumvent wagering, or using shared networks to obtain multiple bonuses. If promotional abuse is suspected, Casabet may forfeit the bonus and any winnings, revoke offers, and/or terminate the account at its sole discretion.

No-deposit bonuses: cashout caps and post-deposit adjustments

Winnings from no-deposit bonuses are subject to a maximum cashout cap of 500 EUR (or equivalent) unless stated otherwise in the offer. If a withdrawal would exceed this cap, the excess amount is deducted at withdrawal. If the player subsequently makes a deposit, the cap increases by the amount deposited, and the new cap becomes 500 EUR plus the deposited amount.

Withdrawal before wagering completion

Players may withdraw their deposited funds prior to satisfying wagering requirements; however, any bonus funds and any winnings derived from the bonus shall be forfeited. All cash bonuses, free spins, loyalty multipliers and related offers are forfeited upon withdrawal initiated before wagering completion.

One bonus, per person and anti-fraud policy

Bonuses are limited to one per person, family, address, IP address, device, email, and payment method. Casabet reserves the right to refuse or cancel a bonus or withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, or if promotional activity characteristics indicate abuse. Grouped or coordinated activity may result in confiscation of winnings and account termination.

Language, governing terms and dispute resolution

The English version of these Bonus Terms governs; if discrepancies exist with translations, the English text prevails. Casabet’s administration has final and binding discretion on disputes and interpretation of these terms.

KYC/AML and responsible gaming

Casabet may require identity verification and source-of-funds documentation in line with Know Your Customer and anti-money laundering policies. Verification may be required to continue playing and to withdraw funds.
